- 1 c. diced onion
- 1 c. diced green pepper
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, diced
- 2 c. uncooked macaroni
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
Directions

1Cook sausage until lightly browned.

2Pour off drippings.

3Add onions and green pepper.

4Continue cooking 5 minutes.

5Add tomatoes, macaroni and seasonings.

6Cover tightly and cook slowly 30 minutes.

7Stir in sour cream.

8Cook until heated.
