- 2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 pkg. spaghetti mix
- 1 pkg. chili seasonings
- 1 chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
- 2 c. water
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 8 oz. pkg. elbow macaroni
- 6 thick slices Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Brown beef, onion and green pepper. In a large saucepan, combine tomatoes, tomato sauce, water and seasonings. Add beef mixture and simmer a few minutes. Add macaroni and cook until tender; add water as needed.

2Pour into a large greased casserole and top with thick slices of Cheddar cheese.

3Bake about 20 minutes at 375°.
