Marinated Ham Salad

- 133 ml Olive oil (or vegetable oil)
- 66 ml Vinegar
- 2/3 tsp Salt
- 1 Coarsely ground black pepper
- 8 to 10 slices Thinly sliced ham
- 1 Onion
- 1 Parsley
Directions

1Preparation: Cut the ham into quarters.

2Cut the onion in half lengthwise and slice thinly.

3For the marinade: Put the olive oil and vinegar and mix well with a whisk.

4After it's mixed, add salt and pepper and whisk well until emulsified.

5Put some of the onion in a plastic container, then add ham, and continue alternating the layers.

6Drizzle the marinade.

7Close the lid of the container and leave to rest in the fridge for about half a day to let the flavour absorb.

8To marinate evenly, stir several times.

9Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with chopped parsley.
