- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. refried beans
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 8 manicotti shells
- 8 oz. taco or picante sauce
- 1 1/4 c. water
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1/4 c. chopped green onions
- 1/4 c. olives
- 1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 diced tomato
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Brown ground beef.

3Mix with refried beans, oregano and cumin.

4Fill uncooked manicotti shells. Arrange in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

5Combine taco or picante sauce and water and pour over shells.

6Bake 20 minutes.

7Turn shells over and bake 25 more minutes.

8Combine sour cream, onion and cheese over shells.

9Bake 5 minutes.

10Sprinkle with tomatoes.
