- 1 half to equal the amount of broth Water
- 1 Soup stock cube
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp + 1 tablespoon water Katakuriko slurry
- 1 Egg

1You'll be using the broth left over from boiled peeled potatoes.

2Add an appropriate amount of water and heat.

3Adjust the flavor with soup stock, salt, and pepper.

4Add water-dissolved katakuriko for thickness and then add a beaten egg.
