- dash of Tabasco sauce (optional)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 to 2 c. ketchup
Directions

1Cook ingredients in a large saucepan on medium high, stirring frequently for 15 to 30 minutes, then simmer for 30 to 60 minutes. Serve on hot dog rolls. Some like to place a slice of cheese in roll, then put meat over it. Hot dogs are also good with this.
