  • 2 pounds Round Steak
  • Olive Oil
  • 29 ounces, weight Mexican-Style Tomatoes, Sliced.
  • 10 ounces, weight Can Ro-Tel Diced Tomatoes And Green Chilies
  • 1 cup Grated Colby Jack Cheese

Directions

    Cut the steak into four even sized pieces and add them to a hot greased pan (high heat).

    Brown on both sides.

    Once steak is brown, turn the burner down to a medium/low heat and pour the drained cans of tomatoes on top of the meat.

    Cover.

    Simmer for an hour to an hour and a half, until tender.

    When ready to eat, top with grated cheese and cover until melted.

    Green onions are also good on this!

    Great with homemade beans and a salad!
