- 2 pounds Round Steak
- Olive Oil
- 29 ounces, weight Mexican-Style Tomatoes, Sliced.
- 10 ounces, weight Can Ro-Tel Diced Tomatoes And Green Chilies
- 1 cup Grated Colby Jack Cheese
Directions

1Cut the steak into four even sized pieces and add them to a hot greased pan (high heat).

2Brown on both sides.

3Once steak is brown, turn the burner down to a medium/low heat and pour the drained cans of tomatoes on top of the meat.

4Cover.

5Simmer for an hour to an hour and a half, until tender.

6When ready to eat, top with grated cheese and cover until melted.

7Green onions are also good on this!

8Great with homemade beans and a salad!
