  • 1/2 lb. Mexican Velveeta pasteurized process cheese spread, cubed
  • 1/3 c. chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 c. shredded lettuce
  • 1 c. chopped tomato
  • 1/2 c. pitted ripe olive slices
  • 1 (16 oz.) bag nacho cheese tortilla chips

    Combine process cheese spread, onion and milk in saucepan; stir over low heat until cheese spread is melted.

    Cover serving platter with chips; top with lettuce, tomato, olives and cheese spread mixture.
