- 1 large tomatoes
- 1 small onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 celery rib
- 1 ear of corn (or small can)
- 1 cucumber (optional)

- 1 12 teaspoons basil
- 1 12 teaspoons cilantro (optional)
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 14 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash pepper
