Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. bacon, cut in small pieces
- 1 1/2 c. sausage, cut in small pieces
- 1 c. ham, cut in small pieces
- 1 c. bell pepper, diced
- 5 whole medium potatoes, diced
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. ground comino
- 1 Tbsp. black pepper
- 1/8 c. dried minced onion
- 2 long chorizos
- 1 1/2 whole tomatoes, diced
- 6 green onions, chopped (with some green for color and flavor)
- 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar or American yellow cheese
Directions

1Cook bacon until brown.

2Add sausage, ham, bell pepper and tomatoes; cook until done.

3Add garlic powder, ground comino, black pepper, dried onion and fresh green onions.

4Add 1 1/2 cups of Hot Sauce (recipe follows), chorizos and potatoes.

5Simmer all until cooked.

6Add 1 1/2 cups of grated cheese.
