- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (12 oz.) jar medium or mild picante sauce
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
- 1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 can French fried onion rings
Directions

1Brown beef and drain.

2Combine picante sauce, water and tomato sauce.

3Add to ground beef.

4Add green chilies, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 cup French fried onions.

5Stuff shells with ground beef mixture.
