  • 1 (9-inch) deep-dish pie shell
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can refried beans
  • tortilla chips
  • salsa
  • taco seasoning
  • grated cheese (Cheddar or pepper-Jack)
  • sour cream (optional)

Directions

    Bake pie shell according to directions for about 10 minutes. Brown ground beef. Add taco seasoning. In small bowl, mix beans and 1/4 cup salsa. Place bean mixture in pie shell. Top with about 15 crushed tortilla chips. Put ground beef on top of chips. Add grated cheese. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes. Serve with additional salsa and sour cream.
