Ingredients

  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1/2 cups Sour Cream
  • 1 can (4.5oz) Chopped Green Chiles (drained)
  • 1/4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons Seasoned Salt
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 package 8 Inch Flour Tortillas, 10 Count
  • Optional Garnish: Salsa

Directions

    Combine first 6 ingredients.

    Spread 1/2 cup of mixture over each tortilla; roll tortillas jelly roll style.

    Place each rolled tortilla into a large Ziplock bag.

    Refrigerate up to 8 hours or overnight.

    Cut each roll into 12 slices.

    Serve with picante sauce for dipping.

    NOTE: These can easily be frozen.

    To freeze, wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap.

    Can be frozen for up to 3 months.

    To serve, thaw and cut into pieces.
