- 1 chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. fat
- 1/2 c. celery
- 1/2 c. green pepper
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
Directions

1Saute onions, celery and green pepper in fat.

2Add rest of ingredients except meat.

3Simmer slowly for 15 minutes, stirring often.
