- 1 Tbsp. cornmeal
- 1 1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
- 1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. boiling water
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes, chopped and drained
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Grease a 12-inch pizza pan.

3Sprinkle with cornmeal.

4Stir baking mix and water until soft dough forms.

5Turn onto surface dusted with baking mix; roll in baking mix to coat. Shape into ball.

6Knead 10 times.

7Press dough evenly on bottom and up sides of pan.

8Bake for 10 minutes.
