  • 2 Tbsp. cornmeal
  • 1 can refrigerated pizza crust
  • 1 bottle taco sauce
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
  • 1/4 c. sliced ripe olives (optional)
  • 1 can chopped green chilies, drained

    Heat oven to 425°.

    Grease a 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Sprinkle with cornmeal.

    Unroll dough.

    Press in prepared pan.

    Spread taco sauce on crust to within 1 inch of edge.

    Sprinkle with half of each cheese.

    Top with meat, olives and chilies.

    Cover with rest of cheese.

    Bake for 17 to 22 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
