- 2 Tbsp. cornmeal
- 1 can refrigerated pizza crust
- 1 bottle taco sauce
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
- 1/4 c. sliced ripe olives (optional)
- 1 can chopped green chilies, drained
Directions

1Heat oven to 425°.

2Grease a 13 x 9-inch pan.

3Sprinkle with cornmeal.

4Unroll dough.

5Press in prepared pan.

6Spread taco sauce on crust to within 1 inch of edge.

7Sprinkle with half of each cheese.

8Top with meat, olives and chilies.

9Cover with rest of cheese.

10Bake for 17 to 22 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
