- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c. sliced black olives
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. sliced pepperoni
- 1 (16 oz.) can artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 c. salsa
Directions

1Place tortillas one at a time in nonstick skillet.

2Layer cheese and remaining ingredients over tortillas as desired. Cook, covered, over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
