- 6 to 8 baking potatoes
- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. cumin
- 6 to 8 oz. nacho cheese
Directions

1Wash, then cut unpeeled potatoes into 1-inch cubes.

2Place in bowl.

3Add oil; mix to coat.

4Put chili powder and cumin in bag and add potatoes; shake to mix well.

5Put on cookie sheet.

6Bake at 400° for 20 to 30 minutes.

7When serving, pour melted cheese over each serving.
