  • 6 to 8 baking potatoes
  • 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp. cumin
  • 6 to 8 oz. nacho cheese

    Wash, then cut unpeeled potatoes into 1-inch cubes.

    Place in bowl.

    Add oil; mix to coat.

    Put chili powder and cumin in bag and add potatoes; shake to mix well.

    Put on cookie sheet.

    Bake at 400° for 20 to 30 minutes.

    When serving, pour melted cheese over each serving.
