  • 2 (3 oz.) cans roasted, peeled green chilies, drain and reserve juice
  • 1 lb. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 3 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. chili juice
  • 1 egg

    Line a 9-inch pie pan with chilies.

    Mix milk, chili juice and egg. Pour over cheese. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
