- 1 lb. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
- 3 Tbsp. milk
- 1 Tbsp. chili juice
- 1 egg

1Line a 9-inch pie pan with chilies.

4Mix milk, chili juice and egg. Pour over cheese. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
