  • 1/2 c. sliced green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chili peppers, drained
  • 8 oz. (2 c.) shredded American cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. Tabasco
  • 4 beaten eggs
