  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes/chilies
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 large pkg. Doritos

Directions

    Boil rabbit in salted water; bone and place in bottom of baking dish (13 x 9-inch).

    Chop onion over rabbit.

    Slice the cheese thin and place over onion; sprinkle 1/2 package Doritos over cheese.

    Pour soups over all (no water); pour tomatoes/chilies over soups.

    Top with rest of crushed Doritos. Bake for 45 minutes at 350°.
