Ingredients

  • 1 small can green chile peppers
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pkg frozen spinach
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 pt sour cream
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 3 oz Tostitoes
  • 2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese

Directions

    Boil chicken and cut into small pieces.

    Cook onion and garlic in large pan. Add all other ingredients except Tostitoes and cheese. Heat and mix well for 5 minutes.
