- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
- 4 (8 oz.) cans green chilies
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Grate cheeses and chop chilies.

2Layer a 9 x 13-inch pan starting with cheeses, then chilies, then cheeses, etc.

3Then beat eggs, milk and flour and pour over cheese and chilies layers.

4Bake at 350° for 45-50 minutes.

5Let set for a few minutes before serving.
