  • 4 servings prepared white rice (your choice)
  • 1 can chili (no beans; can substitute chili with beans)
  • 1 onion, sliced thin or diced (your choice)
  • grated Cheddar or sliced Velveeta cheese to completely cover
  • chili powder

Directions

    Place prepared rice in a lightly buttered baking dish.

    Spread chili over rice and top with onion; spread over all.

    Top with cheese; sprinkle chili powder according to taste.
