- 1 1/3 c. water
- 1 1/3 c. Minute rice
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 small can chopped mushrooms
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- dash of garlic salt
- 2 Tbsp. sour cream (optional)
- hot sauce
- black pepper
Directions

1Heat water to boiling.

2Add rice; set aside.

3Put 3 tablespoons butter in frying pan.

4Add the chopped onion and chopped mushrooms.

5Cook for a few minutes.

6Add the soy sauce, several dashes of hot sauce, dash of garlic salt and black pepper. Pour rice into frypan.

7Cook for a few minutes.

8Add the sour cream (optional).
