- 1 clove garlic, cut in half
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 c. uncooked long grain rice
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1/4 c. Casera sauce
Directions

1Cook and stir garlic in oil in 2-quart saucepan over medium heat until brown.

2Remove garlic.

3Cook and stir rice in oil until golden, about 5 minutes.

4Stir in chicken broth and Casera sauce. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.

5Reduce heat.

6Cover and simmer 20 minutes.

7(Do not lift cover or stir.)

8I use more than 1/4 cup sauce.

9Makes 8 servings.
