- 2 c. long grain rice
- 1 c. mild salsa
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 3/4 c. hot water
- 2 Tbsp. chicken bouillon (1 cube)
Directions

1Melt margarine in large skillet.

2Add rice and onion and brown lightly.

3Add remaining ingredients.

4Mix and bring to boil.

5Cover and put on low heat, stirring occasionally until liquid is absorbed.
