- 4 ears fresh corn-on-the-cob
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green chiles
- 1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
Directions

1Remove husks and silk from corn.

2Combine chopped green chiles and remaining ingredients in a small bowl, stir well. Brush green chile mixture evenly over corn.

3Wrap each ear in heavy-duty aluminum foil to seal.

4Bake at 400° for 30 minutes. Turn after 15 minutes.
