- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 4 oz. Cheddar cheese
- 1 jar Sloppy Joe sauce
- 1 avocado
- salsa
- tortilla chips
- 1 head lettuce
Directions

1Shred and save 2 tablespoons cheese.

2Cut remaining cheese into cubes.

3Peel, seed and cut into slices the avocado.

4In a large pan, cook beef until browned.

5Drain fat.

6Add Sloppy Joe sauce and cook until hot.

7Chop lettuce coarsely and arrange on a plate.

8Top with avocado, salsa, tortilla chips, cheese cubes and cooked ground chuck.

9Top all with reserved shredded cheese. Serves 4.
