- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 lb red onion, peeled and sliced
- 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon orange rind, grated
Directions

1Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

2Add the red onions. Do not stir. Let the onions turn light brown, then turn and brown on the other side.

3When the onions are browned, add the balsamic vinegar and orange rind.

4Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the liquid is almost gone.
