- 3 jalapeno peppers or 1/3 c. canned
- 1 tsp. cilantro
- 1 (No. 2) can Italian tomatoes
- 1 small onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Chop onion, garlic and peppers very finely.

2They can be put through the blender or food processor with the cilantro.

3Add the tomatoes and lemon juice; mash with a fork for a chunky salsa. Use more or less tomato juice for a dipping consistency.
