  • 3 jalapeno peppers or 1/3 c. canned
  • 1 tsp. cilantro
  • 1 (No. 2) can Italian tomatoes
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice

Directions

    Chop onion, garlic and peppers very finely.

    They can be put through the blender or food processor with the cilantro.
  3. 3
    Add the tomatoes and lemon juice; mash with a fork for a chunky salsa. Use more or less tomato juice for a dipping consistency.
