  • 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped finely
  • 3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. celery seed
  • 1/2 tsp. ground coriander seed
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper, dried
  • dash of Texas Pete or Tabasco sauce
