Ingredients

  • 3 lb. ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 15 oz. tomato sauce
  • 1/2 c. salsa
  • 2 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 to 1 lb. grated Longhorn cheese
  • 8 oz. chopped ripe olives
  • 24 hard rolls

Directions

    Brown meat and onion; drain.

    Stir in tomato sauce, salsa, chili powder and olives.

    Heat and cook until thick.

    Remove from heat and stir in cheese.
  5. 5
    Cut open the hard rolls and haul a cavity out.

    Fill with meat sauce; close and wrap individually in foil.

    Serve or may be refrigerated and reheated in a 350° oven for 30 minutes.
