- 3 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 15 oz. tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. salsa
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1/2 to 1 lb. grated Longhorn cheese
- 8 oz. chopped ripe olives
- 24 hard rolls
Directions

1Brown meat and onion; drain.

2Stir in tomato sauce, salsa, chili powder and olives.

3Heat and cook until thick.

4Remove from heat and stir in cheese.

5Cut open the hard rolls and haul a cavity out.

6Fill with meat sauce; close and wrap individually in foil.

7Serve or may be refrigerated and reheated in a 350° oven for 30 minutes.
