  • 3 lb. ground beef
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped black olives
  • 1 (4 oz.) can salsa
  • 10 to 12 oz. grated Longhorn cheese
  • 2 dozen hard rolls

Directions

    Brown ground beef with chopped onion; drain well.

    Combine the rest of ingredients and mix well.

    Remove centers from hard rolls and fill with meat mixture.

    Roll in foil and bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
