- 12 oz jumbo macaroni shells
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 jar mild picante sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 8 oz tomato sauce
- 4 oz chopped chilies
- 2 cups monterey jack cheese, grated
- 1 small can french fried onions
Directions

1Cook noodles, rinse and drain.

2Brown ground beef and drain off fat.

3Return ground beef to frying pan and add picante sauce, water, tomato sauce, chilies, onions, and 1 cup cheese.

4Cook until cheese melts; mix well.

5Stuff the shells with the meat mixture and top with remaining cup of cheese.

6Put in microwave until the cheese melts; serve.
