- 1 cup kidney bean, drained
- 1 onion, diced
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons oil
Directions

1In a large skillet-heat oil and saute fresh jalapeno with onion,cook till soft-add rest of ingredients and simmer 30 minute.
