- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 1 (8 oz.) jar salsa (mild, medium or hot)
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- red pepper (crushed, ground or fresh)
- spaghetti noodles
- grated Cheddar cheese or taco cheese
Directions

1Prepare taco meat (ground beef and taco seasoning) as per package instructions in a large pot.

2To this, add and stir in tomato sauce and paste, salsa and brown sugar.

3Next, add red pepper to taste.

4Cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.

5Serve over cooked spaghetti noodles and sprinkle cheese over the top.
