Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 lb. ground pork sausage
  • 1 c. onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. red cayenne or red pepper
  • 2 c. canned tomatoes
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, cooked
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

Directions

    Brown meat, onion and green pepper in skillet.

    Drain off fat. Add remaining ingredients except cheese.

    Simmer 10 minutes. Pour into buttered 2 quart casserole and bake at 400° for 20 minutes.

    Add cheese and bake 10 minutes more.
