- 1 can cream-style corn
- 4 oz. can peeled and roasted green chilies
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 c. milk
- 3/4 c. corn meal (yellow)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/3 c. cooking oil
- 1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
Directions

1Mix all above except cheese and chilies.

2Put half the batter in ungreased loaf pan; layer with chopped chilies, layer with cheese and add remaining batter.

3Bake at 375° for 45 minutes or until brown.

4Serve with a spoon as a side dish with tacos.
