  • brown 1 lb. ground beef in lg. skillet.
  • add 1 large onion, chopped
  • add:
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. tomatoe sauce
  • pinch of garlic
  • pinch of ground comino
  • stir into beef mixture
  • Add 2-3 sliced or chopped squash, your favorite

    Add 1 cup water, bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 10-12 minutes until squash is tender. Serve over white rice.
