- 6 medium yellow squash
- 1 small onion
- 1 c. 1/2-inch cubed Velveeta cheese
- 1/2 small can chopped green chilies
- cracker crumbs (Ritz or regular saltines)
Directions

1Boil squash and onion until tender.
