- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
- 1 soup can water
- 1 can condensed chili beef soup
- shredded Cheddar or Longhorn cheese
- 1/4 envelope enchilada sauce mix
- 1 pkg. frozen tortillas
Directions

1Brown ground beef.

2Spoon off fat.

3Add onion, soups, enchilada sauce mix and water; heat to boiling.

4Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.

5Cut tortillas in half and line bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan with them, then add 1/3 of meat mixture.

6Layer more tortillas and meat mixture, ending with meat on top.

7Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

8Add cheese and heat until melted.
