- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. cornmeal
- 1 small onion
- salt and pepper
- 1 can hominy
- 1 can Niblets corn
- 2 cans tomatoes or 1 can tomatoes plus 1 can tomato juice (16 oz. size)
- 1/2 pkg. chili seasoning
- about 1/4 c. oil
Directions

1Mix ground beef, meal, onion, salt and pepper.

2Shape into small balls about the size of a quarter.

3Brown in oil.

4Drain off fat.

5Add chili mix and stir.

6Add rest of ingredients.

7Heat to boiling.

8Turn down and simmer for 1 hour.
