- 1 1/2 lb. stewing beef
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
- 15 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 c. water
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 16 oz. jar green chili salsa
Directions

1Combine all ingredients and cook for 3 hours or until the meat falls apart.

2Serve over noodles or rice.

3(Sometimes I add 1 small can of sliced mushrooms.)
