- 10 Shells
- 1 lb Ground Beef (I used turkey)
- 1 cup Salsa
- 1 can Enchilada Sauce (10 oz)
- 1 envelope Taco Seasoning
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 Onion
- 2 oz Cream Cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350AF.

2Boil shells until al dente.

3Brown ground beef and onions.

4Add taco seasoning when it is browned.

5In a separate bowl mix together enchilada sauce and salsa.

6Add cream cheese to the ground beef.

7Put salsa mixture at the bottom of a baking dish.

8Assemble shells.

9Put the rest of the salsa mixture over top.

10Bake in oven for 30 mins.

11Sprinkle with cheeses then put back in the oven uncovered for 15 minutes.

12Serve and enjoy!
