- 4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled (save grease)
- 4 large potatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 small can chopped green chilies
- 1 small can tomatoes, drained
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- grated cheese
Directions

1Slice potatoes thinly and lightly brown in bacon grease; set aside.

2Combine onions, chilies, tomatoes, oregano, cumin and garlic salt to make sauce.

3Mix potatoes with bacon and sauce and cook over low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4Put in casserole and top with cheese.

5Heat in 350° oven until the cheese melts.
