- 2 12 lbs pork loin roast
- 1 medium onion (sliced thin)
- 2 cups barbecue sauce
- 12 cup salsa
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 12 teaspoon garlic powder
- 12 teaspoon oregano
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 18 ttsp red pepper
- 12 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Remove excess fat from pork.

2Place pork in crock-pot, arrange onion on top.

3Mix BBQ sauce, salsa, herbs & spices.

4Pour over pork.

5Cover and cook on low 8 - 10 hours or until pork is very tender.

6Remove pork and shred (pork should just fall apart).

7Put back in crock-pot and mix.

8Turn to low and keep warm as needed.

9Serve with fresh tortillas or buns.

10Garnish as desired.
