Mexican Sunchips Chicken

  • 2 pounds Boneless, Skinless Chicken
  • 1 package Taco Seasoning (1.25 Oz)
  • 1 stick Butter
  • 1 bag Original Sunchips ( 10 1/2 Oz)

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350F.

    Melt butter and add taco seasoning.

    Mix together.

    In a separate dish, crush the Sunchips.

    Wash and pat the chicken dry (I use chicken thighs or breasts).

    Roll chicken in the butter mixture, then into the crushed Sunchips.

    Place on a foil-lined baking pan and bake for 45 minutes, or until chicken is done.
