- 2 pounds Boneless, Skinless Chicken
- 1 package Taco Seasoning (1.25 Oz)
- 1 stick Butter
- 1 bag Original Sunchips ( 10 1/2 Oz)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350F.

2Melt butter and add taco seasoning.

3Mix together.

4In a separate dish, crush the Sunchips.

5Wash and pat the chicken dry (I use chicken thighs or breasts).

6Roll chicken in the butter mixture, then into the crushed Sunchips.

7Place on a foil-lined baking pan and bake for 45 minutes, or until chicken is done.
