  • 1 whole Green Pepper, Diced
  • 1 whole Onion, Chopped
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 jar (16 Oz. Size) Taco Sauce
  • 2 cans (14 1/2 Oz. Size) Whole New Potatoes, Rinsed, Drained, Quartered
  • 1/2 cups Salsa Con Queso

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Coat a 13 x 9 baking dish and large nonstick skillet with cooking spray.

    Heat skillet over medium heat.

    Add green pepper and onion to skillet, cook, stirring occasionally, until softened, 10 minutes.

    Add beef; cook, stirring to break up, until brown.

    Add taco sauce; cook until slightly thickened, 3 minutes.

    Transfer to baking dish.

    Top with potatoes and salsa.

    Bake 20 minutes or until heated through.

    Preheat broiler.

    Broil 3 minutes or until lightly browned.
