Ingredients

  • 280 g flour
  • 100 g sugar
  • 30 g cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 12 cup nuts
  • 12 cup chocolate, chopped
  • 12 cup syrup
  • 12 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 teaspoon almond essence

Directions

    Blend all the ingredients like listed above.

    You may need to add more flour or water.

    Divide your dough into 2 parts and form 2 strings, about 2 1/2 cm (1 1/2 inch) thick which means they are like 10x25 cm ( 4x10 ).

    Bake at 180AC (350AF) for 20 minutes.

    Take them out and let cool for 10 minutes and cut them into biscotti.

    Bake them for another 10 to 15 minutes (twotimesbaked).
